Blood Type - A negative

MRSA - August 2008

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome – Hypermobility Type with the concomitant dysautonomia, proprioceptive issues, neuropathic pain, muscle spasms, fatigue, over-response to adrenaline, headaches, post-exertion muscle weakness, orthostatic intolerance, and gastroparesis/bowel evacuatory dysfunction. As a result of this, my blood pressure and heart rate regularly vary from very high to very low. And when I become overly tired, I sometimes experience severe diarrhea and vomiting as a result of my body going into survival mode. I use a portable electric wheelchair situationally.

My primary physician is Darin Morse, DO - 517.364.8686

Wisdom teeth extracted, cesarean section, tubal ligation, hysterectomy, and surgery on right foot to remove neuroma between index and middle toes, relocate index toe and partially fuse the bone to prevent another dislocation, and colorectal surgery to remove my sigmoid colon and most of my rectum. .

Life Events

My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer in December 2006 and had successful surgery in January 2007.  She died of multi-system failure on August 31, 2007 at age 90.

Two weeks after my mother died, I moved my father two blocks from my home so I could take care of him.  He was diagnosed with CMML in May 2008.  He died on February 10, 2009 at age 88.

I fell in a parking lot at 9:15pm on February 2, 2011.  I was transported to Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, MI and diagnosed with a mid-shaft fracture of my left fibula.

On March 9, 2013, a large box fell on the big toe of my right foot and broke it.

On April 10, 2014, I fell down which resulted in bruised ribs (left side) and an inflamed sternum.
