As a person who lives with a progressively debilitating health issue, I contend with the need to constantly adjust to ongoing loss. Early in my life, I came to have a philosophy of living that has served me well; allowing for an attitude of gratitude and a sense of purpose that manifests in inner peace based upon authenticity. In all that I do, my desire is to create the opportunity for others to recognize and act on their empowerment. My target audience is lifelong learners who are interested in healing and growth.
